church
sometimes i don't go to church. And when i don't go to church that means i get farther and farther away from god. So i went to church last night, and the scriptures was about i must decrease for him to increase. And that's what i need to do. It means to put god first instead of worldy things. Without church i make the wrong decisions, and i start to become bitter and not care about any one.

church
so last night i went to church.first we had praise and worship. the statement from last was we must decrease for him to increase. what that means is we have to stop putting ourselves first,we need to stop thinking what about me.Because if we do that he will he will bless you and he will increase in your life.but until you let god into your heart and put him first he cant do anything

movie night
so this friday i'm going to the movies with my friend noah.then afterwards i'm going to his grandma and grandpa house to meet them . here are some tips on how to meet your guy friends family. Stay calm and just be yourself. There's nothing worse than a fake, and it's totally obvious if you try too hard. Just calm down and try and enjoy yourself. If you are relaxed and not too shy or over-excitable then they'll feel much more comfortable being around you and conversation will come much more easily. When they ask you questions, for example about your future or career, just be truthful, but make sure you have confidence in your own plan.

teenage depression :,(
Occasional bad moods or acting out is to be expected, but depression is something different. Depression can destroy the very essence of a teenager’s personality, causing an overwhelming sense of sadness, despair, or anger.
Whether the incidences of teen depression are actually increasing, or we’re just becoming more aware of them, the fact remains that depression strikes teenagers far more often than most people think. And although depression is highly treatable, experts say only one in five depressed teens receive help. Unlike adults, who have the ability to seek assistance on their own, teenagers usually must rely on parents, teachers, or other caregivers to recognize their suffering and get them the treatment they need. So if you have an adolescent in your life, it’s important to learn what teen depression looks like and what to do if you spot the warning signs.Problems at school. Depression can cause low energy and concentration difficulties. At school, this may lead to poor attendance, a drop in grades, or frustration with schoolwork in a formerly good student.Running away. Many depressed teens run away from home or talk about running away. Such attempts are usually a cry for help.Drug and alcohol abuse. Teens may use alcohol or drugs in an attempt to “self-medicate” their depression. Unfortunately, substance abuse only makes things worse.Low self-esteem. Depression can trigger and intensify feelings of ugliness, shame, failure, and unworthiness.Internet addiction. Teens may go online to escape their problems, but excessive computer use only increases their isolation, making them more depressed.
- Violence. Some depressed teens—usually boys who are the victims of bullying—become violent. As in the case of the Columbine and Newtown school massacres, self-hatred and a wish to die can erupt into violence and homicidal rage.

teen trends
In our society, there are many issues that affect teens. Fashion is something that teens use to fit in which makes them struggle in their everyday life.
Teens find brands to be something that will make them look “classy” as many teens say today at school. Teisha-Vonique Hood from SMU stated that when people associate themselves with a particular brand or branded image, they immediately assume a new identity that is in some sense, confined to the societal points of that brand. They classify themselves through the brands they wear and it makes them feel like they fit in. There is always that new shirt or those new jeans or just some new trend that happens to begin. Teens may feel like if they don’t have the latest brands, they aren’t worthy or not able to fit in and be themselves.
Also, teens find themselves to be a little under-confident or intimidated by other people in their school. Ehow contributor, Ashton Pittman said that many teens pick up on fashion trends in an effort to stave off humiliation and mocking from peers. The majority of teens in high school have a fear of getting bullied or excluded. They use fashion to hide their fear and to feel more confident on who they are, or who they are trying to be.

May the pain you're feeling come to pass
May your joyful mood return and last
May your suffering be washed away
May you find some rest in the bed where you lay.
May you sleep peacefully in the quiet of night
May your spirits soar like an eagle in flight
May there be an end to your feelings so blue
May the healing hand of God reach out to you

measureing tape
I am all in favor of the ruler, but measuring tape goes where no ruler has ever gone before! With measuring tape you can get around the curves and corners of your clothes while working. It is also handy to take in your pocket to the thrift store so that you can measure lengths that may not be disclosed on the label.
| short to long dresses |
Be sure to wind up your measuring tape when you are done with it, because many plastic versions can stretch or break with rough use. Measuring tape is fairly cheap and can be found at most and grocery or department stores

dont be vain
| dont be vain |
The Rational Dress Society protests against the introduction of any fashion in dress that either deforms the figure, impedes the movements of the body, or in any way tends to injure the health. It protests against the wearing of tightly-fitting corsets; of high-heeled shoes; of heavily-weighted skirts, as rendering healthy exercise almost impossible; and of all tie down cloaks or other garments impeding on the movements of the arms. It protests against crinolines or crinolettes of any kind as ugly and deforming….[It] requires all to be dressed healthily, comfortably, and beautifully, to seek what conduces to birth, comfort and beauty in our dress as a duty to ourselves and each other.

NOOOO PANDAS
his may prove to be one of the more controversial opinion pieces in recent memory. Timothy Lavin isn't slamming sleazy politicians or Wall Street bankers. No, he's speaking out against ... pandas. Cute as they are, Lavin writes at Bloomberg, they are a "hopeless and wasteful species the world should've given up on long ago." The economics of keeping the notoriously tricky-to-breed animal are "simply unjustifiable": US zoos pay China $1 million for a single panda (and if she births a cub, that's another $600,000), Canada spent $10 million renting them last year, and their upkeep is five times that of elephants—a zoo's next priciest animal.
And pandas don't even seem to want to survive. In the wild, they're prone to inbreeding. In captivity, zoos are forced to use Viagra and animal-porn to encourage them to mate, or resort to artificial insemination. They're slow and lazy, and use their predatory teeth for nothing but eating bamboo—a plant that's also disappearing. "Look, Darwinism isn't for crybabies. And conservation requires making tough choices,' writes Lavin. "Pandas had a pretty good run for 3 million years. All that money is better spent on preserving diverse habitats rather than on a single hopeless species." Read Lavin's spirited column here.

the letter from jail
a old friend from high school sent me a letter from jail the other day . "“I know I've caused you a lot of grief,” the letter says, “but there’s something I need that only you can get for me. Don’t tell anyone about this.” it was our freshman year and the teachers gave the hole school a key. And if the key fits to the schools basement door theirs a hundred thousand dollars in there .and im the only person that didn't put there key in the door . and now hes wanting me to bail him out with the money
